Excellent and professional real estate services.

Kathy Pollock was a wonderful asset for us, helping us find the right place at the right price and also helping us make connections with a number of people to help with lawn care, fencing, etc., making the transition much easier. We have come to think of her more as a friend than as just real estate agent. We were lucky to find her.

Kathy is an expert, a friend, and a teacher

Kathy has now led us through our second home buying experience. From day one, 3 years ago when we were buying our first gome, she has been so kind, and patient, and willing to teach us about all the ins and outs of the buying process. She helped us secure our first home in 2021 when things were so crazy, and she has now helped us move into Watkinsville as we look to get setup for the long haul. In both cases Kathy’s negotiation, interpersonal, and planning skills were absolutely pivotal in us acquiring our desired home. If we had any other agent during this process I guarantee you we would not have been able to secure our most current house. Kathy is an Athens/Watkinsville native and knows everything there is to know about the area. Whether you’re new to the area or have lived in Athens your whole life, Kathy is someone you want on your side. We have also worked with her now on selling our previous home which was a new experience for us. Kathy has been so helpful with everything from staging, to creative marketing, to negatioting with potential buyers. In summary, Kathy’s kindness, experience, and passion for her work is evident day one. We feel very fortunate to have found her and will only work with her moving forward!

Excellent, professional and knowledgeable

Mrs. Pollock is a “bull dog” when it comes to real estate. She is knowledgeable about the process and communicated it well. She is a straight shooter and won’t steer you wrong just to get a commission. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

125% more than I was about to take

I had been receiving offers for several years but none were very good. I had received my best offer but was uneasy. I called Kathy for advice. she immediately informed me that the offer was too low. knowing her as a friend, I asked if she would like to sell it. Kathy jumped into action and sold it for 125% more than the offer I was considering. I couldn’t be happier with the job she did for me. ❤

Service oriented agent with excellent knowledge of the Athens area

Kathy is an Athens native and very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods and areas of Athens. She spent two full days driving us around (which we found very helpful) so we could get to know the city. She showed us a number of different kinds of houses, which helped us hone in on the features most important to us. She has recommended service providers/contractors for virtually every service a new homeowner could need; however, not all of them were good fits for us so I would recommend getting multiple quotes for any needed home improvements. Kathy also helped us with some last minutes needs before we moved in. In the end, we ended up with a house we love in a neighborhood we love for a fair price. I would recommend Kathy for anyone who wants a “full-service” agent.

Professional, easy to work with and full of resources

Kathy helped me sell my deceased father’s house. She got me in contact with a contractor, lawn care and pest care as needed and made the whole process easy and straightforward. I highly recommend.

Kathy Pollock experience

As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing of the process. Kathy made everything easy. She knew the answers to all our questions, see connected us to others that we needed, and really simplified the whole process. I don’t know what we would have done without her.
